Ginger Lynn

Ginger Lynn (December 14, 1962) born Ginger Lynn Allen in Rockford, Illinois to Wayne Allen and Marilyn McBride. Many interviews have concluded that Ginger did not have a very encouraging family life. Struggling through her teenage years Allen found her mother’s pills and attempted suicide which lead her to move in with her grandparents where she graduated from school in 1981. She moved out of her grandparents home and began working at a Musicland Store as manager and working as a waitress at night, her grandparents moved to California about then and sadly her grandfather suffered from a heart attack, Allen decided to move to California when she heard of her grandfather being ill but unfortunately he passed away not long after. Missing her grandfather terribly as he was the only real male role model in her life she soon had a male friend of her move in to her place and soon became her “boyfriend”. However, Allen was the major supporter in the relationship and needed to find a better paying job. She read and answered an ad from World Modeling Agency in September of 1983 and she was immediately hired and did a spread for Penthouse, this is what put a spot light on her in the adult film industry.
